I was using Shootproof before converting and I LOVED that I could offer payment plans with payments either weekly or monthly for Wedding customers. Not everyone can make the lump-sum payment so it was convenient for everyone. If I had known I'd loose that ability I wouldn't have made the switch...

Integration is needed to make available from the web site, as this can currently only be done from the app. It would be even more helpful to have an option available to automatically share confirmed bookings between apps.

Having a standard payment reminder email sent out every other day for invoices that aren't paid yet.

Hi there, I've noticed that some clients aren't fully completing the questionnaires, and it's becoming important that they do. Is there a way to make each question mandatory to complete, or at least allow me to set certain questions as compulsory or optional? Also, to have a dropdown or multiple choice would be helpful. For now, I just really really need clients to answer every question! Thanks for your help!

Button yes, button no, what link and text should the button have? These emails are sent to our customers from us, and I can't even modify the Subject of my templates without having to create a new one from zero. Even if I create a new one from zero, there are no design customization options, only text to be added or changed. It would be a very useful feature to be able to modify the email designs, or at least let us use the button whatever way we need in each case...

Options for client to order prints and the photographer can set the price for prints to make a profit

I think it would be helpful to be able to connect to other scheduling apps or integrate ones we’re already subscribed to. For example: Acuity Scheduling, Calendly, Session, etc.

PLEASSEEEE make the questionnaires shareable (with a link) and give multiple choice options/upload photo options. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be able to use Unscripted to capture information for model calls and giveaway sessions. Being able to capture all of that information in one place vs a google drive would streamline so much of the process. I would love to be able to share a public Questionnaire link where I'm able to put out a list of questions and photo upload option (for the family to upload a photo of themselves) for model calls and giveaways. I would then be able to select from the list of information compiled as well as be able to capture all of that information for future reach out/marketing.

The booking request for has too little details, I definitely need more details, especially as a wedding photographer. It needs to be more customisable

The Problem: When editing invoice eg. clients upgrades gallery this gets added to additional services. Say you already have an additional service that has been paid it still comes up on the invoice that the whole additional services is required to be paid including the one already paid. It would be great if you can tick which services have been paid so only unticked services is the amount owing. Hope this makes sense.
