being able to edit the invoice after a partial payment was made. I sometimes have clients that don't pay just the retainer, they add some on and I'm not able to edit that after the payment has been marked paid. Or being able to add a discount on the invoice after a partial payment was made. There's not way to edit tax, discount, retainer, or even the line items after payment was partially made.

When a client is inquiring about services, they often will msg a few photographers to compare. Having the ability to set up an automation email that can send over questionnaire when they put in a booking request, not only puts us ahead of “competition”. But stats show that clients will often go with the first person that responds.

Can we add traveling options to the invoices? Like flight, hotel, car or driving and of driving can we get an option to add what the mileage rate is on there?

It would be so convenient to have all of your emails saved directly to the client portal rather than your inbox. Having a quick glance at all of your projects and the communication between you and the client rather than having to go to your email to see who responded last.

Add a charge fee option for PayPal, Venmo and payment apps

A lot of people choose to make installments, but there is not an option to say they made a small payment. It is only two step.

When I choose the date for weddings it auto includes a time, this is confusing clients as most times we don't pick a time until after we create the timeline. I'd like to be able to remove that.

For accounts i need to export invoices and it would be great to either download them all on mass or it to create a report so it can list date | name | invoice # | money in etc

I would love an option for people to purchase gift certificates inside of my page or booking form. This could be a part of the print or album store.

Adding dates when we receive retainer payment and balence payment. Also of course if you add the partial payments dates on those too.
