I'd love to see a few updates that would make Unscripted even more powerful! I’d love the ability to: • Duplicate questionnaire and contract templates. Would save time instead of starting from scratch or copy/pasting. • Delete unused questionnaire templates. Helps keep things organized. • Send multiple questionnaires within the same portal (Ideal for clients booking both engagement + wedding) • More flexible invoicing: Option for more than two installments and sending multiple invoices under one project • Contract formatting (bold, underline, headers) – Improves readability and professionalism. These changes would make a huge impact on daily workflow. Thank you for considering!

Since switching from Android to Apple (and now mostly using the web version), I noticed that I can no longer view my projected or actual monthly earnings the way I used to on Android. But even when I could I couldn't even go back to another months and check how much I made. I’d love to see that option brought over to iOS and web users. Here’s what I’d love to see added: 1. A Monthly Earnings Summary – An automatic view of what I’ve made for the current month (paid invoices), just like on Android. 2. A Month-by-Month Growth Chart – A simple visual tracker that lets me compare earnings month to month. 3. Easy Access to Past Months – The ability to quickly scroll back or filter by any month so I can track trends, set goals, and see how my business is growing over time.

When people get in touch id like that to be filed as a lead not a stored as a shoot - then once they have booked they become a client

I would love to be able to have it so clients can message me and it is populated in their portal history It would be a dream to have Facebook Instagram and text messages (I guess a bit like beeper) all in one place A chat widget on the website that can be embedded so people can have conversations if they don’t want to send emails / contact forms

It would be a game changer is client communications were saved within the app. I recently started sending communications with Unscripted Email and then realized that not only does the email not save anywhere, it doesn’t appear in my sent items. It makes it difficult to stay organized and not duplicate certain emails (especially automated emails). The process seems disjointed.

I would love to be able to change the invoice after I send it to the client online. As well as add my own custom fees. I had a customer recently last minute want to only do one session instead of two and the system wouldn't let me change the invoice because I had already sent it earlier. I also cant add my transportation fee which is different per customer easily at all. The tax also is applied to all items but where I live only portions of my work are taxable so I'd love to pick what is taxed and isn't.

I would love to be able to add my email templates into a photoshoot more easily. maybe similar to the way we can add a gallery or guide to a photoshoot.

I need to be able to send quotes out for people to accept Customisable (easy) way to add items on the invoice Right now its terrible having to create a whole new item on the invoice if I have to add anything custom.

Rather than using the + shoot option, I would love a New Prospect option with EITHER a mobile OR email needed instead of an email requirement. Sometimes we just have a lead and it never goes further than inquiry so this would be easier

I’d love for my clients to have the option to leave a tip.
