Advanced Analytics for Unscripted: Elevating Photographer Insights
Unscripted could significantly enhance its value to photographers by integrating an advanced analytics dashboard, similar to what Pic-Time offers. Pic-Time allows photographers to track sales trends, gallery views, and marketing campaign performance, providing valuable insights into client behavior and revenue. For Unscripted, the addition of an analytics dashboard could offer even more tailored insights, such as tracking session inquiries, bookings, gallery views, and client conversion rates. This dashboard could include features like session and booking insights, helping photographers monitor inquiry-to-booking conversion rates and visualize seasonal trends. For gallery performance, it could provide data on client engagement, including gallery views, time spent on galleries, and image download statistics. Additionally, sales and revenue analytics could break down income by session type, print orders, and average client spending, enabling photographers to identify growth opportunities. Marketing analytics would further empower photographers by tracking the success of promotional campaigns through metrics like email open rates, click-through rates, and promo code usage. Insights into client journeys, such as where potential clients drop off during the booking process, would also help refine workflows and communication. Finally, efficiency tracking for editing times and delivery timelines could ensure photographers maintain a consistent client experience. By offering these features, Unscripted would enable photographers to make data-driven decisions, improve their marketing strategies, and enhance client satisfaction, all while creating clear opportunities for business growth.

Remove Home Button Or Draw A Line Under To delineate That It takes You To A Different Screen.
This is a minor gripe but the Home button in the left-hand menu is sometimes confusing and frustrating to me because it takes you out of the interface. Change "Home" to "Dashboard" or "Photoshoots" in left-hand menu bar, or just remove "Home". Or draw a line under it separating it from all of the interface sections. Or write Unscripted up there instead of "Home". Currently, clicking "Home" takes me to the Unscripted homepage. I'm already subscribed to Unscripted. If I'm in the interface, I'm thinking "Home" should take me to the main page of the interface. So maybe "Photoshoots". I have very little reason to go to the Unscripted homepage, but it's at the top and first thing you see. I often click "Home" when I'm deep into menus because it kind of suggests that it might take me to the "Home" of the platforms interface, like the "Photoshoots" page, which is the first page you see when clicking "My Dashboard" to enter the interface. I often mistakenly click "Home" trying to get to the photo shoots page because that is the first thing I see entering my dashboard. The first thing I see, in my mind, when entering the dashboard is associated with "Home". So in my mind, home would be going back to the main screen you see when you click my dashboard, since that is essentially the "Home" of the interface. There should be some clearer delineation between the interface modules that keep you within the interface and that home button that takes you out of the interface. It can be kind of confusing and frustrating when I'm looking for the Photoshoots page, which is buried under "Business". I never ever want to go to the Unscripted main page when I'm working within interface. I think part of the problem is that this that this is being treated as an extension of the main Unscripted website, hence the Unscripted header home button, when it should feel like an app you stay within.
