I was using Shootproof before converting and I LOVED that I could offer payment plans with payments either weekly or monthly for Wedding customers. Not everyone can make the lump-sum payment so it was convenient for everyone. If I had known I'd loose that ability I wouldn't have made the switch...

I agree that different forms of accepting payments is crucial. Payment via Venmo is a common ask from my clients.

Absolutely need to have payment plans and tipping! I didn’t realize this wasn’t a feature when moving from my old CRM and now I want to move back because my clients really liked having payment plans and the tips were such a great addition!

Yes please to multiple invoices per shoot. It's not great for clients to see what they've already spent when I'm trying to upsell galleries 😬

Like be able to split the total invoice amount into 3-4 payments and have an automated payment reminder email when they’re due etc

The current issue with Unscripted only allowing 2 payments (max) is that we now have to look to outside sources to bill clients. Venmo / CashApp / Zelle / etc., don't work because it looks unprofessional, and looking outside of the app to bill / invoice clients now creates opportunity to miss payments and invoices, not to mention having to keep track of it all.
It's gotten to the point where trusted business coaches and mentors are suggesting (insisting) I look to other platforms to host my business to maintain a better streamlined product for both me and my clients.
Ideally the feature is added and I'm able to keep my business here, but with the promise of "we're working on this feature" over the past several years, I'm quickly losing hope and patience.
