It would be a game changer is client communications were saved within the app. I recently started sending communications with Unscripted Email and then realized that not only does the email not save anywhere, it doesn’t appear in my sent items. It makes it difficult to stay organized and not duplicate certain emails (especially automated emails). The process seems disjointed.

This!! with so many clients it's so hard to keep track of who I've sent what. I love the way the unscripted emails look but don't use them because I can't see the history of them sending. I've also heard that some clients don't receive them.

I was just thinking this!! I would love to be able to communicate within the app or at least see the email was sent. I started second guessing if I actually sent an email.

100% agreed. I now make notes for each client on which day I sent a payment reminder manually because I can’t see who I reminded already and who not.
