Currently it is a requirement to create a product or service before you can add it to an invoice. Some photographers have requested the ability to add bespoke line items to an invoice that don't require a product or service to be set up.

I'd love to be able to add my custom fees like Travel Expenses that my customers pay to my invoices under fees. I'd also like to be able to opt out of a retainer.

It would be nice if you can just fill in a product, the amount per unit, and then the number of units on the invoice. Now if someone purchases 5 photos outside of the package, I have to make a product called '5 photos' instead of just choosing 'additional photo' and do it times 5.

YESSSS!!! I never reuse a product or service, I constantly have to create a product or service, and then start the invoice again as when you hit save it goes back to the beginning again.

I would LOVE to be able to manually enter my product or service directly into the invoice. Or at least be able to choose one and then edit it from there.

This is a wonderful idea as I charge per edit after the initial retainer and I find invoicing very difficult through this unscripted program

Agreed that’d be awesome! I have so many of the same or similar products that I will never use again because they are slightly different or my pricing has changed

Yes^!! Like sometimes a client wants to book in with me for next year but has no idea what package/ how many hours they want, but I need them to pay the retainer to book them in! So it would be great to be able to generate an invoice for just a booking retainer fee🙌🏼
